The staff is incompetent. They acted like I was trying to pull a fast one when I tried exchanging an item and they acted so smug about it like they caught a criminal. For a robe! Lol They sold me a mildewy robe and said they couldn't have sold it like that to me. Yea, you could have because your cashier didn't open it when I paid for it. Keep in mind, when I took it and came back it was all within 30 minutes. The manager had no thinking skills. First he said it was in perfect condition and just wet. Then I proceeded to tell him the robe was dirty and mildewy and his other employee even pointed it out. Then he says oh, well it could've fallen on the floor. Which is it?! Perfect or dirty? Wow. Then I asked if he smelled it and he said he can't smell it because of COVID. His excuse was in the camera it didn't look like that. SMH There was only one person in the whole front area who knew what he was doing. Please replace your current manager with him.

Second Review: 2023 Prices online do not reflect what you pay in the store, nor does it reflect what is available. My order online was less than $50, then I get an email stating that about half of what I wanted wasn't even available only to go to the store to pick up what I could and see the rest available on the shelves. Regarding the young ladies behind the counter, I've never heard someone talk so rudely to their manager while looking me dead in the face. It was the most awkward and uncomfortable position I've ever been in. I'd say stay away from this location, I paid more for the same thing I was supposed to get for less online and their customer services time and again, unprofessional. First Review: 2017 I spent way longer than I should have at Party City this morning. I would take ownership but it boils down to poor communication and or training. Stopped in to get three balloons. The young man took my order and asked me twice if that was all I needed today. I replied yes and he told me it would be 15 min as there was one person before me. This was ten till 9am. I walked around the store to waste the time and never heard my name so I decided to wait by the balloon counter. As I did I heard one do the associates working on the balloons give people picking up directions on how to care for the balloons as they took them home, and even heard one of them mentioned that they don’t make the balloons until they’re paid for. Well that would have been nice to know 40 min ago. So I paid for the balloons and 10 min later they were ready. No weight on them and no instructions for care.

Horrible customer service. The lei scanned $1.99. I told the cashier the sign says they were $1.50, same price as the other leis that had already been scanned. She called a "Supervisor" who informed me they are on the wrong peg because they are rearranging their store for Halloween and if I want them I need to pay $1.99 each. No apology from their employees, just a "You get what you get" attitude. Guess I should have expected that considering the sign posted that says the world is short staffed at the register.

The store was fairly busy and I took notice to their "The world is short staffed be nice to those that show up" signage. I waited patiently in line and when I was called to the next available register I wasn't greeted by the cashier (not that big of a deal) but what I was greeted with was her talking about another customer with her coworker. You can talk about who you please but don't hold me up while you complain about your job. I paid for my items and the receipt had printed out and she just continued to ignore me and keep talking so I grabbed my bag and held it open for her to put the receipt in. She then proceeds to get loud about how she also hates when people grab their own bags. I stop and tell her how rude she is being and she has the nerve to say " I wasn't talking about you". Maybe take your own advice and be kind to the customers that shop here and provide you with a job.

1st time here, was disappointed they didn't have any invitations, but it's not their fault. It's like when I went into Best Buy and asked what happened to all the cds...🤷‍♂️ What I did find was a very friendly staff who did their best to help me double check there was none and who were all around nice. Kudos to them for being able to organize so much stuff, AND know where ot all is!
